- HomeKit setup code (on lock)
- 4 AA batteries

Step-by-Step Setup
- Install Lock: Follow included instructions to install the U100 on your door.
- Insert Batteries: Install 4 AA batteries. Lock will power on.
- Download Aqara Home App: Install from App Store or Google Play.
- Add Lock: Tap (+) > Add Device > Smart Lock U100. Enable Bluetooth.
- Pair via Bluetooth: Follow prompts to pair the lock.
- Add to HomeKit: Scan the HomeKit code on the lock or enter manually.
- Enable Home Key: In Apple Home app, enable Home Key for tap-to-unlock.
- Register Fingerprint: Add your fingerprints in the Aqara Home app.

Troubleshooting
- Home Key requirements: iPhone XS+ with iOS 15+, or Apple Watch Series 4+ with watchOS 8+.
- HomeKit pairing fails: Restart iOS device and reset lock. Try manual code entry.
- Fingerprint not recognized: Clean sensor. Register multiple angles of same finger.
- Remote access: Requires HomePod or Apple TV as Home Hub.
- Emergency unlock: Use USB-C power bank on the port below keypad if batteries die.
