Step-by-Step Setup
- Turn off power: Switch off circuit breaker.
- Remove existing switch: Unscrew wall plate and disconnect wires from old switch.
- Identify wires: Locate Line, Load, Neutral, and Ground wires.
- Wire the switch: Connect Line to brass terminal, Load to red terminal, Neutral to white/silver, Ground to green.
- Mount switch: Secure in wall box with screws.
- Attach wall plate: Install Decora style wall plate.
- Restore power: Turn breaker on. LED will indicate setup mode.
- Set up in app: Open My Leviton app, add device, and connect to WiFi.

Troubleshooting
- Switch not turning on: Verify neutral wire is connected. Check breaker.
- LED solid red: No WiFi connection. Reconnect in My Leviton app.
- Not discovered in app: Ensure phone is on 2.4GHz WiFi. Hold switch 7 seconds to reset.
- 3-way not working: Requires DD0SR wired companion or DAWSC wireless companion.
