Troubleshooting
- Relay not connecting to thermostat: Ensure both are powered. Move thermostat closer during initial pairing. Reset relay by pressing its button for 10 seconds.
- Boiler not firing: Check relay wiring. Verify boiler's thermostat terminals are correct. Ensure relay LED shows it's signaling the boiler.
- Temperature reading inaccurate: Move thermostat away from heat sources, direct sunlight, or exterior walls. Allow time to acclimate to new location.
- Schedule not followed: Check that auto-adapt isn't overriding. Verify schedule is saved correctly. Ensure time zone is set properly.
- Batteries draining fast: Normal battery life is 2 years. Weak signal to relay can drain batteries faster. Move thermostat closer to relay.
