Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Unbox and position: Place on flat surface near outlet with space for the mug platform.
  2. Fill water reservoir: Remove reservoir, fill to MAX line, and reattach securely.
  3. Plug in and power on: Connect to outlet and press Power button.
  4. Run cleansing brew: Without a pod, place large mug and run a brew cycle to clean system.
  5. Download Keurig app: Install from App Store or Google Play.
  6. Create account: Sign up or log in to Keurig account.
  7. Add brewer: Tap "+" and select K-Supreme Plus SMART.
  8. Enable WiFi on brewer: Press and hold WiFi button until indicator flashes.
  9. Connect to network: Select your 2.4GHz WiFi and enter password in app.
  10. Personalize settings: Create brew profiles with favorite temperatures and sizes.

Troubleshooting

  • Won't connect to WiFi: Must use 2.4GHz network. Reset WiFi and try again.

  • Weak coffee: Select Strong setting in app or on brewer. Try smaller cup size.
  • Brewer not heating: Descale if due. Check power connection.
  • Remote brew not working: Must be on same network. Ensure water and pod are ready.
