Doorbell Not Connecting to WiFi
- Amcrest requires 2.4GHz WiFi network
- Download Amcrest Smart Home app
- Press reset button until LED flashes
- Follow app QR code pairing process
- Keep phone near doorbell during setup
Wired Doorbell Power Issues
- Requires 16-24V AC transformer
- Verify transformer voltage with multimeter
- Some digital chimes incompatible
- Check wiring connections are secure
- Bypass existing chime if problems persist
No Motion Recordings
- Enable motion detection in app settings
- Adjust motion sensitivity (1-10 scale)

- URL format: rtsp://user:pass@IP:554/cam/realmonitor
- Use substream for lower bandwidth
- Port 554 is default RTSP port
