Lock Not Connecting During Setup
Symptoms
- Bosma app can't find lock
- WiFi setup fails
- Bluetooth pairing times out
Solutions
- Enable Bluetooth - Turn on phone Bluetooth and stay within 6 feet during setup.
- Use 2.4GHz WiFi - Lock only supports 2.4GHz networks, not 5GHz.
- Factory reset - Reset lock per instructions, then retry setup from beginning.

Fingerprint Not Recognized
