Oven Not Connecting to WiFi

  1. Use Breville+ app for setup
  2. Oven requires 2.4GHz WiFi network
  3. Access WiFi setup via oven menu
  4. Hold Settings to enter setup mode
  5. Keep phone near oven during setup

App Not Controlling Oven

  1. Verify oven shows "Connected" on display
  2. Check app shows oven online
  3. Remote start requires door closed
  4. Some functions require manual start
  5. Re-link app if connection lost

Presets Not Working Correctly

  1. Download additional presets in app
  2. Select correct food weight/quantity
  3. Place food on recommended rack position
  4. Use suggested cookware for best results
  5. Adjust time/temp for personal preference

Element Not Heating

  1. Check selected function uses that element
  2. Air fry uses different elements than bake
  3. Preheat may be required for some functions
  4. Clean interior for efficient heating

Microwave Function Issues

  3. Check turntable rotates freely
