Dreame robot vacuums offer powerful cleaning with advanced navigation. This guide covers connectivity and cleaning issues.

Robot Not Connecting to WiFi

  1. Use Dreamehome app for setup
  2. Robot requires 2.4GHz WiFi network
  3. Hold buttons per manual to enter pairing mode
  4. Voice prompt indicates pairing mode
  5. Keep phone near robot during setup

Map Not Saving

  1. Complete full cleaning run for map
  2. Don't move dock during mapping
  3. Adequate lighting helps LiDAR navigation
  4. Save map after cleaning completes
  5. Multi-floor maps available on some models

Robot Getting Stuck

  1. Clear floor of cables and small items
  2. Use virtual walls/no-go zones in app
  3. Check wheels for hair/debris
  4. Cliff sensors may trigger on dark floors
  5. Add threshold strips for high transitions

Mopping Issues

  1. Fill water tank before mopping
  2. Attach mop pad securely
  3. Select mop mode in app

Dock Station Problems
