Step-by-Step Setup
- Position the station: Place OMNI Station against a wall with clearance around it.
- Connect station: Plug in power and water supply lines (if using auto water fill).
- Fill water tank: Add clean water to the clean water tank.
- Prepare the robot: Remove all packaging materials from X11.
- Install mopping pads: Attach the rotating mop pads to the underside.
- Dock the robot: Place X11 on the OMNI Station.
- Download Ecovacs Home: Install app on your smartphone.
- Create account: Sign up for Ecovacs.
- Add device: Tap "+" and select Deebot X11. Follow pairing instructions.
- Connect to WiFi: Enter your 2.4GHz network credentials.
- Run first clean: Start mapping clean to create your floor plan.
- Configure rooms: Name rooms and set cleaning preferences for each.
- Set up YIKO voice assistant: Enable hands-free voice control.

Troubleshooting
- Mops not cleaning: Check water tank levels. Clean the mops or replace if worn.
- Auto-empty not working: Check dust bag is installed. Clean suction pathway.
- Streaky mopping: Reduce water flow setting. Clean the mop pads.
- YIKO not responding: Enable voice assistant in settings. Speak clearly.
