Device Not Connecting

  1. WiFi for remote - WiFi connection required for remote control and schedules.
  2. Bluetooth range - Bluetooth-only control works within 30 feet.
  3. Upgrade path - Some basic strips are Bluetooth-only. Check model specifications.
