Initial Setup

VeSync App

  1. Download VeSync app
  2. Create account or sign in
  3. Tap + to add device
  4. Select humidifier model
  5. Put humidifier in pairing mode

Pairing Mode

  • WiFi indicator should flash when in pairing mode
  • Usually hold WiFi button 3-5 seconds

Auto Mode Issues

  • Verify target humidity is set appropriately
  • Built-in sensor may need calibration time

Mist Output Issues

No Mist or Weak Mist

  • Check water level in tank
  • Clean ultrasonic transducer
  • Use distilled or filtered water
  • Descale if mineral buildup present

Cleaning the Transducer

  2. Remove tank and empty base
  3. Clean transducer with soft brush

Filter Replacement

Factory Reset
