Matter certification means these strips work seamlessly with all major smart home platforms including Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and Samsung SmartThings through a unified setup process. This is particularly significant for Apple users, as previous Govee strips lacked HomeKit support. Setup is straightforward using any Matter-compatible app, and the strips will appear across all your connected platforms automatically.

The upgraded 4-in-1 RGBICWW chipset combines red, green, blue, warm white, and cool white LEDs in each segment for richer color mixing and higher quality white light than standard RGB strips.
