LIFX Lightstrip (1m Extension)

The LIFX Lightstrip 1m Extension adds one meter of additional multi-zone lighting to existing LIFX Lightstrip installations. This extension requires a LIFX Lightstrip Starter Kit and cannot function independently—it connects to expand coverage for longer runs or larger areas.

The extension inherits the multi-zone capability of the main strip, enabling different colors across the extended length. Each zone can display independent colors for flowing gradients, animated effects, and sophisticated lighting designs that single-color strips cannot achieve.

Installation connects the extension to the end of your existing LIFX Lightstrip or previous extension. The adhesive backing secures to clean, dry surfaces. Multiple extensions can be chained together, limited by the power supply capacity of the original starter kit.

All smart features work through the main strip's controller—WiFi connectivity, Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and SmartThings integration extend across the combined length. The LIFX app provides zone-level color control, effects, and music visualization across the entire installation.
