IKEA TRADFRI Control Outlet

The IKEA TRADFRI Control Outlet is a smart plug that enables wireless control of any device plugged into it. Transform ordinary lamps, fans, coffee makers, and other electronics into smart devices controllable through the IKEA Home smart app, voice assistants, or IKEA wireless remotes. The outlet supports devices up to 10A (1100W at 110V).

The outlet uses Zigbee protocol and can be paired directly with IKEA wireless controllers like TRADFRI remotes or motion sensors for hub-free operation. When connected to DIRIGERA hub, gain access to scheduling, automation, and remote control from anywhere. The outlet also functions as a Zigbee repeater, extending the mesh network range for other devices.

Through DIRIGERA's Matter Bridge functionality, the outlet becomes compatible with Apple HomeKit, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and Samsung SmartThings. Set schedules for automatic on/off, create scenes that include the outlet with lighting and other devices, or trigger based on motion sensors. The compact design doesn't block adjacent outlets on standard wall plates.
