The Aqara Temperature and Humidity Sensor model WSDCGQ11LM is a compact environmental monitoring device that measures temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure with professional-grade accuracy. Utilizing an industrial-grade Sensirion sensor, it achieves temperature precision of plus or minus 0.3 degrees Celsius across a range of -15 to +50 degrees Celsius, and humidity precision of plus or minus 3% across the full 0-100% RH range. The sensor also measures atmospheric pressure from 30 to 110 kPa with plus or minus 0.12 kPa accuracy.

The tiny 36 x 36 x 9mm form factor weighs just 11.5 grams and can be placed virtually anywhere using the included adhesive sticker. A single CR2032 battery provides approximately two years of operation, making maintenance minimal. The sensor communicates via Zigbee protocol, requiring an Aqara hub to relay data to your smart home system.

Beyond simple monitoring, the sensor enables powerful automations. Users can create routines that trigger air conditioners, humidifiers, or fans when temperature or humidity thresholds are crossed. Historical data is stored in the cloud without subscription fees, allowing users to analyze environmental trends over time. The sensor works with Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and IFTTT for voice queries and cross-platform automations.
