The Eve Door & Window Sensor with Matter certification extends Eve's acclaimed contact sensor to work across all major smart home platforms including Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and Samsung SmartThings. This Matter-enabled version monitors open/closed states of doors, windows, gates, and cabinets while providing true cross-platform smart home compatibility.

Matter over Thread connectivity provides responsive, reliable communication through any compatible Thread border router. The mesh networking capability of Thread means the sensor benefits from extended range through nearby Thread devices, while the low-power Minimal Thread Device (MTD) design maximizes battery life. Setup through any Matter-compatible controller automatically shares the device across all your connected platforms.
