The Sonoff SNZB-04 is a Zigbee 3.0 contact sensor for monitoring doors, windows, cabinets, and drawers. The two-piece magnetic design reports open/closed status instantly, enabling security alerts and automation triggers when doors or windows are accessed. The compact size allows installation on virtually any hinged opening without being obtrusive.

This sensor communicates via Zigbee 3.0 and requires a compatible hub such as the Sonoff Zigbee Bridge, NSPanel Pro, SmartThings hub, or a Home Assistant Zigbee coordinator. The CR2032 battery typically lasts 1-2 years with normal use. Installation is simple with included adhesive tape, though screws are also provided for more permanent mounting.
