YoLink Door/Window Sensor

The YoLink Door/Window Sensor uses LoRa wireless technology to provide exceptional range—up to 1,000 feet to the YoLink Hub—for monitoring doors, windows, gates, and access points throughout large properties. This battery-powered sensor reports open/closed status with instant notifications, working reliably in locations where WiFi or Zigbee sensors would lose connection.

The sensor consists of two pieces: the main sensor unit and a magnet. When separated (door/window opens), the sensor immediately reports the change to the YoLink Hub and triggers configured alerts or automations. Battery life extends to 5+ years under typical use from included batteries, with low-battery alerts through the app.

Alexa and Google Assistant integration enables voice queries about door/window status. The YoLink app provides history logs, alert configuration, and automation rules. For large homes, farms, businesses, or any property where sensor range is challenging, YoLink provides reliable door/window monitoring without the range limitations of short-range wireless protocols.
