Troubleshooting
- Hub not appearing in app: Ensure Ethernet is connected and hub has internet access. Check that your phone is on the same network. Power cycle the hub.
- LED color meanings: Green = online. Magenta = no internet. Blue = firmware update. Yellow = looking for network. Red = error.
- Z-Wave devices not pairing: Perform Z-Wave exclusion first to clear previous pairing. Move device close to hub during pairing. Try "Scan nearby" option.
- Zigbee network issues: Avoid placing hub near Wi-Fi router (interference on 2.4GHz). Add more Zigbee routing devices to extend mesh.
- Automations running slowly: Ensure local execution is enabled. Check device health in the app. Restart hub if needed.
