Basic Troubleshooting

1. Check Battery

2. Verify Connection

  • Open Flic app and check device status

  • Red/orange = connection issue

Twist Not Detecting Rotation

Calibration

Hub Connection Issues

Re-Pair to Hub

Hub Offline

  • Check Flic Hub power and internet connection
