What's in the Box

Your Eufy X10 Pro Omni package includes the robot vacuum and mop unit, the all-in-one docking station with auto-empty dustbin, auto-wash mop pads, auto-refill water tank, and hot-air drying, two washable mop pads (pre-installed), a side brush, a HEPA filter, a power cord for the dock, a cleaning tool, and a quick-start guide. The X10 Pro Omni is eufy's premium robot vacuum with 8,000 Pa suction, LiDAR and AI-powered navigation, and a self-maintaining dock that handles nearly all maintenance tasks automatically.

Prerequisites

Download the eufy Clean app (not the eufy Security app — eufy uses separate apps for cleaning and security products). Create or sign in to your eufy account. The X10 Pro Omni connects to your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. Before setup, choose a permanent location for the docking station — it needs about two feet of clearance on each side and four feet of open space in front. Place it against a wall on a hard, flat surface near a power outlet. Remove small objects, loose cables, and low-profile items from your floors that could get tangled or sucked up during the first mapping run.

Step-by-Step Dock Setup

  1. Place the docking station against a wall on a level, hard floor surface. Avoid carpet directly under the dock, as water from the mop-cleaning function can dampen carpet.
  2. Fill the clean water tank located inside the dock's top compartment. The dirty water tank should be empty and properly seated.
  3. Plug in the docking station power cord. The dock's indicator lights will illuminate, confirming power.
  4. Place the robot vacuum on the dock, aligning the charging contacts. The robot will power on and begin charging. Let it charge fully before the first run — this takes approximately four to five hours from empty.

Step-by-Step Robot and App Setup

  1. Open the eufy Clean app and tap "+" to add a device. Select "X10 Pro Omni."
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the robot to your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. The app communicates with the robot via Bluetooth during initial setup, then transitions to Wi-Fi for ongoing control.
  3. Once connected, initiate the first mapping run by tapping "Map" in the app. The robot will navigate your entire home using its LiDAR sensor, creating a detailed floor plan. Avoid moving the robot or blocking its path during this run — it needs to complete an uninterrupted loop of your home for an accurate map.
  4. After the mapping run completes, the app displays your floor plan. You can edit room names, merge or split rooms, set no-go zones, and designate areas as carpet or hard floor. Set carpet areas to vacuum-only mode to prevent the mop pads from wetting carpet.

Smart Home Integration Tips

The Eufy X10 Pro Omni works with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. After linking your eufy account in the Alexa or Google Home app, you can start or stop cleaning by voice: "Alexa, tell eufy to start cleaning" or "Hey Google, start the robot vacuum." You can also send the robot to specific rooms by name. Apple HomeKit is not supported for eufy cleaning products. For advanced automation, use Alexa routines to schedule cleaning when you leave home based on your phone's location or a connected smart lock.

Quick Troubleshooting

If the robot does not connect to Wi-Fi during setup, confirm you are using a 2.4 GHz network — the X10 Pro Omni does not support 5 GHz. If the mapping run produces an incomplete floor plan, remove obstacles that blocked the robot's path and run the mapping again. If the mop pads are not being washed properly at the dock, check the water tank levels and ensure the dirty water tank is not full. If suction seems weak, clean or replace the HEPA filter and empty the dust compartment in the dock. The auto-empty function requires the dustbin bag inside the dock to be replaced approximately every 60 days, depending on usage.
