What You'll Need

  • Eufy X10 Pro Omni robot vacuum
  • Omni Station (auto-empty and mop cleaning base)
  • Smartphone (iOS 11.0+ or Android 8.0+)
  • 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network

Step 1: Set Up the Omni Station

Install the detachable base by pressing down firmly on both sides until it clicks. Place the station against a wall on a hard, level surface with good Wi-Fi coverage. Ensure at least 1.5 meters of clear space in front for the robot to navigate.

Step 2: Connect Power

Connect the power cord to the Omni Station and plug into a wall outlet. The LED indicator will show solid white when connected to AC power. Keep the station plugged in at all times.

Step 3: Fill the Water Tank

Remove the clean water tank from the station. Fill with clean water up to the MAX line. Only use eufy-designated cleaning solution if desired. Reinstall the tank.

Step 4: Prepare the Robot

Remove all foam blocks and the camera protection sticker. Attach the robot to the Omni Station - it will turn on and begin charging automatically.

Step 5: Download the App

Download the eufy Clean app from the App Store or Google Play. Create an account or sign in to your existing eufy account.

Step 6: Add the Device

In the app, tap the "+" icon to add a new device. Select X10 Pro Omni from the list. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

Step 7: Start Cleaning

Press the button on the robot or use the app to start your first clean. The robot will automatically map your home during the first run.
