Step-by-Step Setup
- Position the power strip: Place where you'll use it. Ensure adequate space for plugging in devices.
- Plug into wall: Connect the power strip to a wall outlet. The LED will indicate power.
- Enter pairing mode: Press and hold the power button until the LED blinks rapidly.
- Open Matter controller: Apple Home, Google Home, or SmartThings.
- Add device: Tap "+" and scan the Matter QR code on the power strip.
- Wait for connection: The strip will connect to your Wi-Fi.
- Configure outlets: Each outlet appears as a separate controllable device. Name them individually.
- Assign rooms: You can place different outlets in different "rooms" for organization.
- Set up USB ports: USB ports may be controlled together or separately depending on model.

Troubleshooting
- Not all outlets appearing: Wait for full pairing to complete. Each outlet is added as a separate device. Re-pair if some are missing.
- Pairing fails: Ensure the strip is in pairing mode (rapid blinking). Use 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only. Factory reset if needed.
- Surge protection tripped: Unplug all devices. Reset the strip. Avoid overloading with high-wattage devices.
- USB not controlled independently: Some models control USB ports together. Check documentation for your specific model.
- Energy data inaccurate: Calibrate or compare with a known load. Update firmware via Meross app.
