How to Set Up Your Shelly Door/Window 2

  • Shelly app (iOS/Android)
  • 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network
  • CR123A battery

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Insert battery: Install CR123A battery
  2. Enter pairing mode: Sensor creates "shellydw2-XXXX" Wi-Fi network
  3. Connect to Shelly AP: Join the sensor's Wi-Fi on your phone
  4. Open browser: Navigate to 192.168.33.1
  5. Configure Wi-Fi: Enter your home network credentials
  6. Or use Shelly app: Add device → Door/Window 2
  7. Mount: Attach sensor to frame, magnet to door
  8. Set up actions: Configure what happens on open/close
