Step-by-Step Setup
- Download Sonos app and create/sign in to account
- Plug in Sonos One and wait for LED to flash green
- Open Sonos app:
- Tap "Set up a new system" or "Add" if already have Sonos
- Select "Sonos One"
- Connect to Wi-Fi:
- If first Sonos device, enter Wi-Fi credentials
- Or connect Ethernet cable temporarily for setup
- Choose room for the speaker
- Enable voice assistant (Alexa or Google Assistant)
- Trueplay tuning (optional, iOS only) - walk around room while holding phone

Troubleshooting
- Not found during setup: Ensure speaker LED is green; restart app
- Wi-Fi issues: Move closer to router; avoid 5GHz-only networks initially
- Voice assistant not responding: Check microphone isn't muted (LED indicates status)
- Factory reset: Unplug, hold Play/Pause while reconnecting until LED flashes amber/white
