Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Download Bosma app: Install from App Store or Google Play.
  2. Check compatibility: Fits standard US doors with 2-1/8" borehole.
  3. Remove existing deadbolt: Unscrew and remove your current lock.
  4. Install the latch: Insert the deadbolt latch into the door edge.
  5. Mount exterior assembly: Attach the fingerprint/keypad unit outside.
  6. Secure interior assembly: Connect cable and mount interior unit with screws.
  7. Install batteries: Insert 4 AA batteries.
  8. Open Bosma app: Tap "+" to add device and follow pairing instructions.
  9. Connect to WiFi: Enter your 2.4GHz network credentials.
  10. Register fingerprints: Add fingerprints for household members.
  11. Create PIN codes: Set up backup keypad codes.

Troubleshooting
