What You'll Need

  • Ethernet cable (included)

  • Router with available Ethernet port
  • Smartphone with Lutron app
  • 2.4GHz WiFi network

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Download Lutron app: Install from App Store or Google Play.
  2. Position the Bridge: Place within range of your Caseta devices (up to 30 feet through walls).
  3. Connect Ethernet: Plug Ethernet cable from Bridge to your router.
  4. Power the Bridge: Connect power adapter. LEDs will illuminate during startup.
  5. Wait for ready state: Green LED indicates the Bridge is ready (may take 1-2 minutes).
  6. Open Lutron app: Create account or sign in.
  7. Add Bridge: Follow app prompts to discover and add your Bridge.
  8. Add devices: Use the app to pair Caseta dimmers, switches, and Pico remotes.
  9. Set up voice assistants: Link with Alexa, Google, or Apple HomeKit in app settings.

Troubleshooting

  • Bridge not found: Ensure Ethernet is connected and router has internet. Check LED status.

  • HomeKit not working: Ensure Bridge firmware is updated. Re-add to Home app if needed.
