Speaker Not Appearing in B&O App
- Ensure speaker is powered on and in setup mode (blinking light)
- Enable Bluetooth and location on your phone
- Keep phone within 3 feet of speaker during setup
- Force close and reopen the B&O app
- Try factory reset: Hold touch panel until lights flash
WiFi Connection Dropping
- B&O speakers require 2.4GHz network for initial setup
- Check for WiFi interference from other devices
