Speaker Not Connecting to WiFi
- Use Bose Music app for setup (not Alexa/Google)
- Speaker requires 2.4GHz or 5GHz WiFi
- Hold Bluetooth + Volume Down for setup mode
- Keep phone near speaker during setup
- Factory reset: Hold Power 10 seconds
Alexa Not Responding
- Enable Alexa in Bose Music app first
- Sign into Amazon account when prompted
- Check microphone isn't muted (button on speaker)
- Say "Alexa" clearly toward speaker
- Re-enable Alexa if voice activation fails
AirPlay Not Working
- Ensure speaker and iPhone on same network
- Enable AirPlay in Bose app settings
- Update speaker firmware
- Restart home router if AirPlay disappears
- Check firewall settings on network
Spotify Connect Issues
- Sign into Spotify in Bose Music app
- Both devices must be on same network
- Speaker appears in Spotify "Devices" list
- Log out and back into Spotify if not showing
