Lock Not Pairing to App
- Download Bosma app for setup
- Enable Bluetooth and location on phone
- Hold lock button until LED flashes
- Keep phone within 10 feet during pairing
- Factory reset if previously paired elsewhere
WiFi Gateway Setup
- WiFi gateway required for remote access
- Gateway connects to 2.4GHz WiFi only
- Position gateway within 30 feet of lock
- Gateway LED indicates connection status
- Enables voice assistant integration
Fingerprint Not Recognized
- Clean sensor with dry microfiber cloth
- Re-enroll finger at multiple angles
- Enroll same finger 2-3 times for reliability
- Dry fingers before enrolling
- Cold weather affects sensor accuracy
Keypad Code Issues
- Wake keypad by touching first
- Enter code followed by checkmark
- Check code wasn't accidentally changed
- Master code resets user codes
- Maximum code attempts trigger lockout
Auto-Lock Configuration
- Enable auto-lock in Bosma app
- Set timer (30-300 seconds typical)
- Door sensor detects closed position
- Adjust sensor magnet alignment
- Manual lock override available
Voice Assistant Control
- Link Bosma account in Alexa/Google
- "Lock front door" works directly
- Unlock may require PIN confirmation
- Create routines for goodbye/arrival
