Panel Won't Connect to WiFi
Network connectivity issues:
- 2.4GHz only: Brilliant only supports 2.4GHz WiFi networks
- Signal strength: Panel needs good WiFi signal at switch location
- Router settings: Disable AP isolation if enabled
- Reboot panel: Hold top button for 10 seconds to restart
- Factory reset: Settings > Advanced > Factory Reset if needed
Touchscreen Not Responding
Display or touch issues:
