Hub Won't Connect to WiFi
Setup problems:
- 2.4GHz only: myQ hub only works with 2.4GHz networks
- myQ app: Use official myQ app for setup
- Blue LED: Hub should show solid blue when connected
- Reset: Hold settings button until LED blinks to reset
- Range: Hub needs good WiFi signal in garage
Door Won't Open or Close
Control issues:
- Sensor alignment: Door sensor on garage door may be misaligned
- Battery: Door sensor battery may need replacement
- Obstruction: Check for obstructions in door path
- Safety sensors: Garage opener safety sensors must be aligned
- Learn button: May need to re-program hub with opener learn button
Status Shows Incorrect
