Touch Screen Not Powering On
Symptoms

Solutions
- Check power - Verify PoE (Power over Ethernet) switch is powered and providing power to the panel.
- Test ethernet cable - Replace ethernet cable if suspected of damage. Use Cat5e or Cat6.
- PoE requirements - Control4 T4 requires 802.3at PoE+. Crestron may require 802.3af or higher.

Touch Screen Not Connecting to Controller

- Network connectivity - Touch panel must be on the same network/VLAN as the controller.
