Speaker Won't Connect to WiFi
Initial setup problems:
- HEOS app: Use HEOS app for initial setup
- Ethernet option: Can connect via ethernet for initial setup, then switch to WiFi
- WPS setup: Alternative setup using router's WPS button
- Reset: Press and hold Connect button for 5 seconds
- 2.4GHz or 5GHz: Supports both bands - try each if issues
HEOS Multi-Room Issues
When speakers won't group or sync:
