Bulb Not Connecting

Symptoms

  • Bulb not found in app
  • Blinks but won't pair
  • Setup times out

Solutions

  1. Use Globe Suite app - Download official Globe Suite app.
  2. Reset bulb - Turn off/on 3 times quickly until bulb blinks.
  3. 2.4GHz WiFi - Only supports 2.4GHz networks.
  4. Same network - Phone must be on same network bulb will join.
  5. Location permission - Enable location for Globe Suite app.

Color Issues

Symptoms

  • Colors not accurate
  • Can't reach certain colors
  • White not true white

Solutions

  1. Color wheel - Use color wheel in app for precise color selection.
  2. White modes - Use dedicated white temperature slider for better whites.
  3. Scenes - Try preset scenes for optimized color combinations.

Dimming Problems

Symptoms

  • Won't dim smoothly
  • Flickers at low levels
  • Minimum brightness too high

Solutions

  1. No wall dimmer - Don't use with physical dimmer switch.
  2. App dimming - Use app slider for smooth dimming.
  3. Minimum level - LED bulbs have a minimum brightness threshold.
  4. Reset if erratic - Factory reset may fix dimming issues.

Voice Control

Symptoms

  • Voice assistant can't find bulb
  • Color commands fail
  • Wrong bulb responds

Solutions

  1. Link Globe Suite - Enable Globe Suite skill in Alexa or Google Home.
  2. Discover devices - After linking, discover new devices.
  3. Name clearly - Use room-based names like "Bedroom Light".
  4. Color commands - "Turn light blue" or "Set light to warm white".
