How to Fix It

Step 1: Factory Reset the Device

Perform a factory reset on the dimmer or switch:

Quickly triple-tap and then hold the ON or OFF button
Continue holding until the indicator lights start flashing quickly
Immediately triple-tap the button again (do not hold this time)
The device will reset and be ready for pairing

Step 2: Move Closer to the Bridge

During pairing, make sure your device is within 30 feet of the Smart Bridge. If the device is permanently installed farther away, you may need a Caseta Wireless Repeater to extend the signal.

Step 3: Check Device Limits

The Caseta Smart Bridge (standard version) supports up to 50 devices. The Smart Bridge Pro supports up to 75 devices. Check how many devices you have connected and remove unused ones if needed.
