What's in the Box

Your Roborock Qrevo Master package should contain the following: the Qrevo Master robot vacuum and mop, the Multifunctional Dock, a power cable, side brushes, mopping pads, dust bags, cleaning solution, and a quick start guide. Check all items for damage before beginning setup.

Prerequisites

Make sure you have these ready before starting the installation:

  • A 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz WiFi network with a stable internet connection
  • The Roborock app downloaded on your smartphone (available on iOS and Android)
  • A flat area near a wall outlet with at least 1.5 feet of clearance on both sides and 4 feet of open space in front for the Multifunctional Dock
  • Floors cleared of small objects, loose cables, and clutter for the first mapping run

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Set up the Multifunctional Dock: Position the dock against a wall on a level, hard surface. Connect the power cable and plug it in. Fill the clean water tank and add Roborock floor cleaning solution to the solution tank. Insert a fresh dust bag into the auto-empty compartment.
  2. Prepare the robot: Remove all packaging tape and protective films from the Qrevo Master. Install the side brushes by pressing them onto the mounting points on the underside of the robot. Attach the dual mopping pads using the magnetic mounts on the bottom of the unit.
  3. Charge the robot: Place the Qrevo Master onto the Multifunctional Dock to begin charging. The status light will pulse during charging. A full charge takes approximately 4 to 5 hours. It is best to let the robot fully charge before the first cleaning session.
  4. Pair with the Roborock app: Open the Roborock app and sign in or create an account. Tap the "+" button to add a device, then select "Roborock Qrevo Master" from the list. The app will walk you through connecting the robot to your WiFi network. When prompted, press and hold the power button on the robot until you hear a voice prompt indicating it is ready to connect.
  5. Create your home map: Launch a mapping run from the app. The Qrevo Master uses advanced LiDAR navigation and its FlexiArm side brush system to reach edges and corners while building a comprehensive floor plan. Leave all doors open during this initial run so the robot can map every room.
  6. Customize settings: After the map is generated, use the Roborock app to label rooms, set no-go zones, create no-mop zones for carpeted areas, and adjust suction power and water flow on a per-room basis. You can also set up scheduled cleaning routines and define multi-floor maps if you have more than one level in your home.

Smart Home Integration Tips

The Qrevo Master integrates with Amazon Alexa and Google Home for voice control. In the Alexa app, enable the Roborock skill and link your account. For Google Home, search for Roborock in the Google Home app and complete the account linking process. Once connected, you can say things like "Alexa, ask Roborock to clean the kitchen" or "Hey Google, start vacuuming." You can also create Siri Shortcuts via the Roborock app on iOS devices for hands-free control through Apple's voice assistant.

Quick Troubleshooting

If the Qrevo Master is not appearing during the app pairing process, reset the WiFi by holding the power button and home button together for 3 seconds until you hear a reset confirmation. Ensure your phone is on the same network you want the robot to join. If the dock's self-cleaning or self-emptying features are not functioning, confirm the water tanks are fully seated and the dust bag is not full. Always check the Roborock app for firmware updates after initial setup, as updates frequently improve navigation accuracy and feature reliability.
