Step-by-Step Setup
- Turn off power: Disable the circuit for your current sprinkler system.
- Photograph existing wires: Document how your current controller is wired.
- Remove old controller: Disconnect all wires and remove the old unit.
- Mount Wyze controller: Install in a sheltered outdoor location or indoors.
- Connect wiring: Attach zone wires to terminals 1-8. Connect common wire(s) to C terminal.
- Plug in power: Connect the included power adapter.
- Open Wyze app: Download if you don't have it. Sign in or create account.
- Add device: Tap "+" > "Add Device" > "Sprinkler Controller."
- Follow pairing: Put controller in pairing mode and connect to your WiFi.
- Configure zones: Name zones and set plant types, sun exposure, and soil type.
- Set schedule: Create watering programs or enable Wyze's smart scheduling.
- Enable weather skip: Automatically skip watering when rain is forecast.

Troubleshooting
