Step-by-Step Setup
- Power off existing controller: Turn off the breaker before disconnecting wires.
- Document current wiring: Take photos of your existing wire connections.
- Mount B-hyve XR: Install in a protected location. The unit is weather-resistant but not waterproof.
- Connect zone wires: Attach zone wires to terminals 1-16. Connect common wires to C terminals.
- Connect power: Plug in the transformer or hardwire to 24VAC.
- Download B-hyve app: Install on your smartphone.
- Create account: Sign up in the app.
- Add controller: Tap "+" and select B-hyve XR. Scan the QR code on the device.
- Connect to WiFi: Enter your 2.4GHz network credentials.
- Set up zones: Name each zone, set plant type, soil type, and sprinkler head type.

Troubleshooting
