Step-by-Step Setup
- Position the hub: Place where it has line-of-sight to devices. The IR blasters need clear paths
- Connect power: Plug in the hub using included USB-C cable and adapter
- Download app: Install SofaBaton app on your smartphone
- Create account: Sign up or log in to your SofaBaton account
- Add the hub: Tap "+" and select "X1 Hub". Follow pairing prompts
- Connect to Wi-Fi: Enter your 2.4GHz network credentials
- Add devices: Use the "Add Device" wizard - search database or learn buttons
- Pair the remote: The X1 remote connects to hub automatically via RF
- Create activities: Set up "Watch TV," "Watch Movie," etc.

Troubleshooting
- Device not responding: Ensure IR blaster has clear line of sight. Reposition hub if needed
- Can't find device in database: Use "Learn" mode to teach commands from original remote
- Remote not connecting: The RF remote auto-pairs. Press any button to wake it
- Activity doesn't work right: Add delays between commands in the activity sequence
- Factory reset hub: Hold reset button on hub for 10+ seconds
