How to Set Up Your SwitchBot Hub 2

  • USB-C cable and adapter (included)

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Position the Hub 2: Place where it can see IR devices and display is visible
  2. Connect power: Use the included USB-C cable and adapter
  3. Download SwitchBot app: Install from your app store
  4. Log in or create account: Sign into SwitchBot
  5. Add Hub 2: Tap "+" and select "Hub 2"
  6. Put in pairing mode: Press the button on Hub 2 if needed
  7. Connect to Wi-Fi: Enter your 2.4GHz network info
  8. Configure display: Choose what to show (time, temp, humidity)
  9. Add IR devices: Set up your TVs, AC units, and other IR equipment

Troubleshooting
