Gateway Not Connecting to Network
Symptoms
- All lights on gateway
- App can't find gateway
- Internet light off
Solutions
- Ethernet required - Gateway connects to router via ethernet cable.
- Try different port - Use another router ethernet port.
- Power cycle - Unplug gateway power for 30 seconds.
- Router restart - Restart router if gateway won't connect.
- Factory reset - Press reset button on gateway bottom for 10 seconds.
Devices Not Pairing
