Vacuum Won't Connect to WiFi

Setup issues:

  • Dreamehome app: Use the Dreamehome app for setup
  • 2.4GHz only: Connect to 2.4GHz WiFi network only
  • Reset network: Hold power button 10 seconds to reset network settings
  • Near dock: Keep vacuum on dock during initial setup
  • Server selection: Choose appropriate region server

Mop and Cleaning Issues

When mopping doesn't work properly:

  • Clean water tank: Fill the clean water tank in dock
  • Dirty water tank: Empty dirty water tank regularly
  • Mop pads: Replace mop pads when worn (usually included extras)
  • Mop lifting: Verify mop lifts when on carpet (if supported)
  • Hot water: Some models support heated water - check settings

Dock functionality problems:

  • Dust bag: Replace disposable bag when full
  • Self-clean cycle: Dock should auto-clean mops after each run
  • Water temperature: Hot wash models need time to heat water
  • Dry cycle: Allow drying cycle to complete to prevent odor
